Virginia Nanotech 2006
Working Together to Lead the Nation

June 11-13, 2006
Student Presentation Schedule

One goal of this meeting is to focus attention upon graduate students conducting cutting-edge nanotechnology research. The meeting also intends to strengthen connections between these students and companies in Virginia that seek to use nanotechnology to their advantage. As part of this effort, this meeting will include a competitive student presentation event. By the April 28th deadline, eighteen graduate students submitted presentations for this event. Those applications have now being reviewed by corporate scientists. The students selected as finalists are listed below. On June 12th, they will present plenary session talks in the morning and posters in the afternoon. Both the talks and posters will be evaluated by corporate judges. The winners will be announced at the start of Tuesday morning's Plenary Session.

Finalists have been named!
