ENMA 613: Logistics and Supply Chain Management

Studying how logistical decisions impact the performance of the firm and the entire supply chain. Topics include strategic planning, facilities location and analysis, distribution and transportation networks, forecasting, inventory management, and information systems for supply chains. Knowledge of probability and statistics (ENMA 420 or equivalent) is assumed. The course includes case studies and/or a project. Course runs from 5/20/2019 – 6/29/2019
