CMSC 591: Special Topics: Robotics Vision

This course focuses on recent advancements in 3D robotic vision. It covers basic concepts and computational models of 3D sensing, robotic mapping kinematic model, visual odometry, simultaneous localization and mapping, as well as 3D point data processing for robotic navigation. Students will acquire in-depth knowledge in robotic vision by completing a course project.
